Flourless Blender Muffins



You don't need flour to make these muffins, which are quick and easy and great for a healthy breakfast or snack. They don't have any gluten and are naturally sweet from the honey and ripe bananas, so you can enjoy them without feeling bad.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with paper liners

Put the bananas, eggs, peanut butter, honey, and baking soda all in a blender

Mix the ingredients together until they are smooth

Fill about two thirds of the way to the top of each muffin cup in the muffin tin with batter

Put the muffins in an oven that has already been heated for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into one comes out clean

When you take the muffins out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes in the pan before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way through

Have fun with your muffins made without flour!
