Naturally Sweet Vegan Ice Cream



Indulge in this guilt-free treat made with just a few wholesome ingredients. The sweetness comes naturally from ripe bananas and mixed berries, with a hint of maple syrup for extra flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup optional

Instructions:

In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen bananas, mixed berries, almond milk, and maple syrup if using

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed

Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm

Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly

Serve scoops of the naturally sweet vegan ice cream and enjoy!
